Lincoln County Humane Shelter will no longer issue licenses. Please mail license application with proof of rabies and applicable fee to town Office or drop in night deposit box (W4594 Progress Avenue) .  Dog License applications can be found on this site under Community/Forms&permits. License and tag will be mailed back to you.  Checks can be made out to:  Town of Merrill.
